When you need sustainable energy, start out your day with this Nutty Blueberry and Yogurt Parfait, featuring ingredients from local farms including Jubilee Orchards, Orchard Pond Organics, and Dreaming Cow. This breakfast parfait is sure to give you the protein, antioxidants, and vitamins C & D you need to tackle your next big project. We've added a sprig of mint and a few blackberries for presentation.
1/2 cup Orchard Pond Organics Granola (nutty mix)
6 cups Dreaming Cow yogurt
2 cups fresh or frozen Jubilee Blues blueberries
1 tablespoon of Orchard Pond Organics wildflower honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Sprig of mint (optional)
Handful of blackberries (optional)
In a glass, layer 1/3 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon Jubilee Blues blueberries, 1 tablespoon of granola, and a drizzle of honey. Continue layering until you've reached the top of the glass. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
